Hello world, I would first like to say I apologize about my long delay of absence from the blog. How has everyone been? As far as myself I have been in the gym working real hard because I want to wirk on some parts of my game. I have had a great summer and I was able to catch up with a lot of old friends and teammates. Oh by the way I am on this diet and it is killing me. You really never miss something until its gone and not eating sweets is killing me. HAHAHA. Well I will be signing off until tomorrow so have a great day.

Jet Lag
The jet lag is really kicking my butt right now. Sometimes I will fall asleep early in the evening and wake up around 3am and be up all night. Also, at times I will sleep around 4 am and wake up 3 hrs later. I guess in due time my body will adapt back to US time. I had plans on going to open run at 10am but when I awoke it was 10am already so I decided to bypass the early basketball run and made plans to go to the gym at 1pm. Open run starts at 2pm so I will lift weights prior to open run. A lot of professionals are coming home from their season so the games should be full of stories and guys trying to show their new moves that they learned from this season! I can't wait because I have some new moves that I would like to display myself!

Welcome Home
How is everyone doing this is Joshua Jones and I would like to welcome everyone to my blogspot. I am now starting to unwind and adapt back to the US time schedule. This season has been a long season but in my opinion it was my best season as a pro thus far. I started off the year in Qatar where I averaged 27 points 7 rebounds and 5 assist a game and led Club Al-Ahli to a third place finish this season, after a seventh place finish by the club last season. After the season was over the coach for Al-Arabi, Dave Ingham, asked me would I play with Club Al-Arabi in the Fiba Asia Games, and of course I replied with "Yes coach, that would be a honor!" Out of all the imports that came and left through Qatar this year Coach Ingham decided to keep guard Maurice Hargrow and myself to participate in the biggest cup in Asia! The Asia cups was a very tough and difficult cup having to play 7 games in 8 days against the top teams in Asia was tiring and draining but I accepted the challenge and went out and played to the best of my capability. I finished in the top four in scoring in the Asian games and had two career games scoring 38 points in game 1 and 40 points in game 2. Besides the personal accomplishments Club Al-Arabi advanced to the quarter-finals in where we finished fourth place, the highest place that Al-Arabi has ever placed. After the cups in Jakarta, Indonesia I flew back to Qatar for two days then I boarded an eighteen hour flight to Houston, Texas where I reside! Once again I would like to welcome you to my blog spot and thanks for visiting.,I will update a new blog soon!
Thank You
